A400M in movies

[edit]

We have sprouted a new section A400M in movies. Do we really want this? Adds nothing useful to the subject; rather trivialises it. Conceivably, under In popular culture. Suggest a delete. Ex nihil (talk) 13:50, 14 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted, the article Aircraft in fiction is the venue for that though even there citations are needed. Nimbus (Cumulus nimbus floats by) 14:10, 14 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

If this is to be added to the article, a reliable source is needed - note that Wikipedia has specific requirements for what is usable as a source.Nigel Ish (talk) 09:07, 26 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Propellers

[edit]

If it's fitted with Ratier-Figeac props – which is stated both the Design & Specifications sections – what's that picture of a Hamilton Sundstrand propeller illustrating? Or vice-versa, obv. Mr Larrington (talk) 20:42, 4 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

The two companies are related, from Ratier...Ratier-Figeac is the only propeller producer for the Hamilton Sundstrand group. It will be entirely incorporated by 2008. As Wikipedia should not be used as a source I tried to visit Ratier-Figeac website but my browser is blocking it as a security risk. The image is busting MOS:SANDWICH, the link to Hamilton-Sunstrand could be removed, it's clearly the correct propeller. Nimbus (Cumulus nimbus floats by) 10:47, 5 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
